Resource, Recovery and Reuse
erda advocates Resource Recovery and Reuse (RRR) that promises livelihoods, supports green economies and reduces waste
Advocates of RRR (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) - seek to improve resource efficiencies. Sharing the onus to provide green alternatives, endorse zero-waste and improve quality of life, with products and services that help in areas like plastic reduction, sustainable business, education, clean energy and efficiency, fair trade, healthy air, clean water, and more are a way to go.
Reduce: We make utmost efforts to set the limits where we can reduce the chances of generating waste. We set principles in our business model, wherever applicable to reduce the amount of waste by adopting sustainable methods. We recommend some simple, yet effective ways to reduce waste.
-
It would help if you used cloth napkins instead of using paper tissues because cloth napkins can be reused after wash, but paper napkins will only increase the amount of waste.
-
One of the very common wastages we make is “wastage of paper while printing.” You should print on both sides of a paper to minimize the wastage of paper.

You can switch to electronic mails instead of sending letters via papers.
-
Many products come in various layers of packaging while purchase; you can avoid purchasing those products. These layers of packing ultimately increase the count of waste only.
Reuse: reusing old stuff can reduce waste and does not affect the waste hierarchy. We advocate and bring into practice the throw away items, to be donated to someone who needs it. We endeavor to donate our unused stuff towards Salvation Army, Omanga Hospice, Clothing Bin, etc.
We believe that the primary purpose of reusing old things is to minimize the amount of waste, whether we do it on our own through modifications or we donate it to someone needy. Our thrown away item can be someone else’s take home. There are few tips mentioned below that can help you in reusing the old things.
